She expertly manages all documents for your real estate transaction including contracts, escrow paperwork, disclosures and inspection reports.  She is a liaison to our sellers and helps to provide smooth, worry-free transaction management.  Her primary responsibility is to coordinate the flow of paperwork between all parties and to ensure all essential document requirements are met.  Her commitment to detail helps to protect our sellers’ interests and ensures a smooth, worry-free transaction.  This allows Mario to focus on what he does best—selling homes.  With over 5 years of experience, Laura is a key member of our team and provides outstanding customer service and care.
